Positive Results in 2024

The IT company Consist Software Solutions GmbH achieved the highest revenue in its corporate history in 2024 and looks optimistically toward 2025.

Kiel – IT service provider Consist Software Solutions, headquartered in Kiel, once again reported positive results in 2024. The company successfully closed the fiscal year with revenue of €30.5 million (previous year: €28.1 million).

"Despite the challenging economic and political conditions in 2024, we achieved a significant increase in revenue," says Consist Managing Director Jörg Hansen. Consist is a well-established IT company offering a broad range of services in digital transformation, IT security, and managed services. For more than 40 years, the IT service provider has been supporting businesses on their path to digitalization.

In 2024, Consist focused on further standardization and certifications, positioning itself for an even broader customer base. The company continued to expand its internal control system (ICS). Additionally, its Managed SOC (Security Operations Center) offering has become firmly established.

Beyond its traditional expertise in developing and maintaining custom enterprise software, Consist’s transformation capabilities were increasingly in demand. The company has long managed mission-critical legacy and modern applications for its clients. Now, it is playing a growing role in transitioning legacy solutions to modern systems – guiding companies from concept to implementation.

2024 was also marked by investments in product sales. Additional partner products were added to the portfolio, strategically complementing Consist’s service offerings. Further investments in this area are planned.

"We anticipate organic revenue growth in 2025. Given the dynamic market environment, we are expanding steadily and strategically," says Jörg Hansen, looking ahead positively to the new fiscal year.
